How to fix channels
I've reported three issues with channels and audio and can't get a response. All I get online is foreign help on twitter. Ready to quit the service if they can't be bothered to resolve issues.
Channel 696 - NBC Sports Bay Area is only broadcasting audio in the left channel. Been that way for over three months!
Channel 298 - Boomerang is shown in widescreen squished mode. Cannot adjust on my side.
Channel 21 - Las Vegas's MYTV channel is shown in a zoomed mode which cuts off the video on all sides.
I've sent pictures and requests, but THEY JUST DON'T SEEM TO CARE!

DirecTV just delivers the signals provided by those networks. It's up to the networks to fix those issues.

I disagree. At my neighbor's home, who has traditional DirecTV, none of the conditions I explained exist. My point is...HOW DO I CONTACT DIRECTV STREAM to report the problem. I tried via twitter and got responses from people who clearly could not understand the issue. They told me to reset my equipment, perform factory resets and do multiple other things to my TV. It is not my equipment, it is not the broadcasters. It is a problem with DirecTV and I need to find a path to get the right person to look at it.
