How to Watch BallySports channel

I have seen numerous posts on subscribers not able to watch the regional BallySports stream/channel. When you go to the guide and select the BallySports stream/channel, you get a screen that shows the teams playing and no matter what you click on, you can't switch to that channel/stream like other programs/channels on the guide.

To remedy this, I select a non-BallySports channel and start to watch that stream/channel, then I simply swipe/use the left or right button on my remote to change the channel until I get to the BallySports stream/channel. For example, on the guide I have a BabyFirst channel, that is listed before the BallySports channel I use, I tune in to BabyFirst, then I swipe right to left on my Apple TV remote to change the channel to the next channel, which happens to be the BallySports channel.  I don't use the guide to get to the stream/channel.

DirecTV Stream needs to either, 1) get rid of the live score screen, or whatever its called, or 2) add an option to tune in to the stream/channel instead of restarting/record, in which neither option does anything.
