The versions of the app for all devices (and the website) provide access to the DVR library through the "My Library" tab on the home page. That brings up a page that has a "DVR Recordings" tab, which gets you to the directory of all recordings. The DVR library is part of the account, so is shared by all devices that connect to that account.
