I have Direct TV streaming service- after I record a program I am having trouble deleting it
When I try to delete a recorded program it does not delete. I then get locked in an area I can not get back to guide.

Hello @rayannet1. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you are trying in the app please uninstall and then install the app again, or if it is on a browser please clear cache and cookies and then try these steps:
1. Go to DIRECTV STREAM and select My Library.
2. Check your recordings list for the title you want to remove.

There are tabs on top Guide, Watch Now, My Library, On Demand. If you are in the area "all recordings" when you are deleting all you have to do is hit the return or back button on your remote then change the tab to guide on top.
