Incorrect PBS Channel in Our Area
In zip code 36830 (Alabama), the PBS channel we get off the air is Alabama Public TV (APT) channel WCIQ. Yet, you show us a Georgia Public Broadcast (GPB) channel 28. Plus, you even blackout APT channel 26! What gives? In Alabama, we should be able to watch APTV, shouldn’t we?

Yep, it says WJSP, which is a Georgia Public Broadcast station! I live in Alabama. Over the air, the channel is APT channel 7 (WCIQ). That's what should be provided, as is on cable TV.

Directv has to give you the PBS station for your DMA and this is defined by the FCC. My guess is you are in a DMA that overlaps two states. Directv does not control this and can;t change it.
