Input doesn't change with remote Vizio TV
This happens periodically. The screen goes blank because the input changes and it won't change back. I know this is a common problem with the Vizio TV's. Sound also goes in and out. Tried resetting red button on box, unplugging, resetting remote, online DirecTv diagnostics. Sooooo annoying. I've changed HDMI cable a couple months ago and that wasn't the problem. Anyone have a fix without me spending hours on the phone with a tech support guy?

We get how annoying it can be when our TV is not working right. Right now, we highly suggest to reach out to VIZIO Support to receive help with your VIZIO Inputs.
On the other hand, if you have our DIRECTV STREAM box, please the try the steps in the following link to troubleshoot your sound issues.
