Internet devices unable to access Directv Stream channels and content

I can successfully login www.directv.com to view my billing statements and payment history on the website from my Windows desktop computer.

However, when I click on the "Watch Now" to start watching Directv Stream channels, I am presented with a new dialog indicating "Incorrect User ID and Password. Please login with a valid DIRECTV STREAM User ID and Password. [Code: 0017]" with an Ok button.  

When I click on the Ok button, I am presented with Login Screen from signin.att.com asking me to enter my login credentials again, which I do, but it presents new dialog box indicating the same [Code: 0017] mentioned above.   

I get same results, Code:0017, from my iOS Directv applications.   

Spoke with Directv support multiple times, each time they want to reset my password, even though I can access by billing information.   Seeing problem for the Directv Gemini devices, it seems like similar kind of issue is being seen on other Internet streaming devices, however, there isn't a "click on the red button" to get back to factory defaults kind of solution for a Windows desktop computer using a web browser.

Yes, I am a previous Directv Satellite subscriber and I am using different login credentials. 

Yes, tried clearing cache and browsing data and have tried incognito mode as well with no luck.   I don't have VPN.

The code 0017 is happening on all of my internet attached devices: 1/Windows desktop using a web browser, 2/ iOS Directv App on iPhone and 3/ iOS Directv App on Apple Tv.

Yes, in the case of the Windows desktop using a web browser, when I attempt to access https://stream.directv.com/watchnow after logging into www.directv.com by clicking on "Watch Now", I am presented with "Incorrect User ID and Password.  Please login with a valid DIRECTV STREADM User ID and Password. [Code: 0017]" dialog with an Ok button.  
When I click the Ok button, the web browser goes to signin.att.com asking for my login credentials, which I provide, the web browser goes to https://stream.directv.com/watchnow and repeats the same dialog.
Keep in mind that I was able to successfully login using my login credentials and can view my bills, payment history.   It is when I click on the "Watch Now" and attempt to access https://stream.directv.com/watchnow that I get into the problem.   

It seems like Directv to view content is doing some additional authentication and something isn't lining up between Directv and AT&T authentication?  Just a guess on my part
