Is there an outage?

I can not access my account or stream on any device ie tv, computer or Roku.

On my phone when I try to log in it get care code 500. 

On Roku we get "We've experienced an error. Please try again later."

On my laptop, I can log in to my account via website, but I cannot watch anything. I get a black screen.

Not working in Texas.  Phone app black screen, tv was black screen, deleted app and trying to sign back in gives caercode 600

There seems to be an outage of some kind this was posted 14 hours ago on Twitter by someone.  But mine is working ok at least for now.

Ive been down since Saturday afternoon- same thing.  Black screen and cannot even access the login page on the website!!!  Down detector is showing outages over major cities in the US.  I couldn't even hear the customer service rep on the phone.  Something is going on their end for sure.  Insane that this is going on for days!!

Pretty sure it's more than 15 users.   Don't count on down detector to give you the proper information.
