Restart your TCL

I have had to uninstall and reinstall the DIRECTV app on my TCL 65” TV everytime I exit out of the app to get the channel to keep playing while I bring up the guide. Now that isn’t even working anymore. It is infuriating to bring up the guide and have the sound go to mute. I can’t understand why this has not been fixed with an update. I do not have this issue at all with my bedroom Hisense TV. 

TVs and devices that have slow processors cannot show the channel and guide at the same time. My cheaper Rokus cannot but my higher end ones can.
