LIBRARY of recordings does NOT show up on Windows 11 computer

I can see LIBRARY of recordings on my DVR and on my iPhone DirecTV APP but not on my Windows 11 PC computer.  Is this a feature or a bug?  Thank you.

When I click on LIBRARY I get this (but no programs show up):

We haven't seen any widespread issues with accessing recordings via browsers, so this is likely a local setup or connection hiccup, @gregklipstein.
