Loading issue on Roku
Just switched to Directv Stream about a month ago. Initially, it worked great. Then about a week ago it would freeze on recording playback as well as live TV. If I just leave it on the frozen screen, it will completely kick me out of the app.Deleting and reinstalling does nothing. My service is now completely unusable. I wish I could roll back the update, I'm fairly certain that is the issue. Please help.

Build 11.5
(was doing the same thing on 11.0)
The app is version 3.3

A common issue that causes freeze up is a weak wifi signal. Go to Settings/network/Check Connection, and run it. When it is finished, click "OK". Then check the row that lists your "Internet Download Speed". See if it is good. If it is to low you may be to far away from your router and will need to move it, or add a wifi extender, to your system.
