Have not had to reinstall the DIRECTV app on my Rokus for 2 days now. Hopefully, the issue is fixed. I did have to sign on to DIRECTV on all my Rokus for some reason (what a pain). Thanks to all on this forum and DIRECTV for pursuing this issue and getting it fixed!

@dpstavros same here - had to sign on (which I found odd because that occurred a couple of days after I installed the update), but knock on wood no problems since then.

Same here. Have not had to uninstall/reinstall the app for a few days now. But, I have needed to resign into the app on multiple devices.

DTV says its a roku issue and roku has no phone support, I have done everything that eveyone has said on here and still not working on any roku device but working on everything else, soooo frustrating!!!

I’m constantly having issues using my directv stream with my roku. At first it worked great but the last few weeks it’s been awful. Constant problems with content loading, dvr, guide, and saying oops we can’t access this or hmm this seems to be taking longer to load etc… it’s very frustrating

I have Roku Model 3920X, I've been streaming DirecT on it for four years. Two weeks ago I started getting care code 600 and now I can't sign into the device. Streaming still works on all my other devices so I am using the correct username and password.
I've done all of the steps, restarted Roku, checked on internet connected, deleted and reloaded app, checked for app updates and nothing has worked. I reached out to DTV and they keep telling me there is a service outage and to keep waiting. It's been two weeks and it works everywhere but one device, and it's the device I watch every day. Frustration is starting to settle in, wondering if anyone has any suggestions?

Not really having issues with the Roku Dstream app necessarily, but for like 2 or 3 months or so ago now,every time you either enter the app or switch to a different channel it takes anywhere between 7 to 20 seconds and anywhere in between to load. It wasn't nearly that bad a few months back. Not sure if it was an update issue or what? I tried rebooting my router, uninstalling the app and factory resetting my Roku tv and the problem remains. I also have a firestick connected to the Roku tv and the Dstream app loads practically instantly on the Firestck.

Yes, I’m having issues on my Roku devices where DVR content plays for a couple seconds then video freezes and audio continues to play. My Apple TV (same tv) works fine. Please help! I’ve updated to the latest app too

ours plays and then freezes and then either we have to turn it off completely or it randomly resets itself. all other apps on our roku work fine except this.....super frustrating we can't even watch one show. seems like it's time to go back to cable
