Local Channels

Good morning,

I just moved from Jacksonville, FL to Georgia and I cannot get my local channels. I am able to get it on my direct tv app on my phone but not on my tv. I know someone just asked this question and I have read through their entire forum and tried everything. I have changed my billing address, I have roku tvs and have tried a factory reset, I have even tried changing my zip code on my actual tv. I just want to watch the weather and I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🤦🏼‍♀️

U said you changed your billing address did you change that with your credit card company?

I changed it with both my bank and my direct tv stream

Logout of the app and reset your modem and router.

Also, go to "System/Preferences/Home Settings/Home Location", and make sure your home location is set.

bcbsncjlj, I was referring to Roku, which the OP said they are using.

That home location of Roku's and Fire Sticks is not used by DirecTV Stream. They do not have location services or GPS. only devices with location services or GPS use that settings. Roku's and Fire Sticks use billing zip code and IP address for determining home locations.
