Local evening news missing
Last night (2/4/22) our local 4 and 5 pm news on ABC was missing even though the guide listed it as usual. In its place was a news program I had never seen before. It wasn't the regular ABC national news. We are south of Portland in Oregon. Any ideas as to what happened?

Your local station must have changed its program at the last minute.

was it a different abc station? Some of the DMA boundaries have changed and directv has no choice but to follow the new boundaries.
