Local stations pixelate
Need help, we are in 93306 zip and the local stations only are pixelating, this started 2 weeks ago. So far I have unplugged from power, ethernet, hdmi and reconnected, also did a restart in the settings. The ethernet is running at 300+ mbs on AT&T internet. Thank you for any solutions.

Do all local channels pixelate or only some? Other than local channels, are any other channels pixelating? What device are you using to watch DIRECTV STREAM? If you know anyone nearby with DIRECTV STREAM, do they have similar pixelation issues on local channels? If so, this is an issue on the local channel broadcaster’s side. You should report the issue to them. Also, it may be worth it to run a speed test on your streaming device. Once done, please report the upload and download speeds here.

Is it all of your local stations? I had a local station pixelate a few months ago. Turns out it was the fault of the local station bc after I contacted them the issue was fixed. Apparently, it was b/c they were doing some equipment upgrades/fixes.

What device are you using?
Is the device using hard wired Ethernet or wifi?

The box is AT&T C71KW-400 and speed test is consistently over 300. All the local stations are pixelated and none of the other channels and the fire stick on another tv does not have this problem so I don’t think it is a broadcast problem. Thx

For what it's worth, the Ethernet port in the box is only 100/10/10.

Alright then it would NOT be a broadcast problem. Either your Roku is having issues deciphering the local channels or the DIRECTV STREAM app for Roku is buggy at the moment.
What you can try at the moment is downloading each local channel’s app and signing in with your TV Provider to gain access to live TV and on-demand.
