Login Issues with correct password
Everything worked fine until the other day. Now I can log into my account, but cannot live stream. I have gotten it to work once in the last week. In Chrome, I can log into my account & see billing, support, etc., but get directed to another login screen now to watch live. That goes straight to "Logged Out Successfully" after I enter my password again. Contacting support takes a long time and I never get a good connection. This is the first issue I have had since the switch to Chrome.

Hey @RTHallman, thanks for reaching out.
Please delete cache and cookies and reset the Chrome browser.
Also, try using Firefox or Microsoft Edge and see if you are getting the same issue.
Finally, we can review troubleshooting for streaming issues

Has to be Edge or Chrome. Firefox doesn't support Dtv Stream

I have been using it on Chrome for weeks without incident. I did not change anything. It just stopped working the other day, then it started working again. Now on a new PC, I get the same thing - can log into my account, but going to "Watch Now" asks me to log in again, possibly flashes an error message so fast I can't see it, the say I successfully logged off.
An hour on the phone with support was totally useless.
In a new installation of Chrome, I should delete cache & cookies? There should not be any.

I was an AT&T TV customer automatically switched to DirectTV by AT&T, if that makes a difference.

Why does my directv login ID and passsord say it is wrong when I just changed the password because it was going to lock me out.
I think ATT and Directv have tangled their login sites and mixing up our info. I signed in to directv a week ago and it took me to the ATT site !!!
please tell me if there is one login I can use for both. This is insane.

Nope. they are 2 different paid subscription services and credentials are not interchangeable. Do you have or had both DirecTV and DirecTV subscriptions?

I just tried again to log in to Directv and it tells me it’s the wrong password so I hit forgot password and enter my login iD and it says that’s not the ID -

I’m on my directv app. There is also a page that I can select one.

@Pshumphreys you can't use your DirecTV Stream credentials with the DirecTV app. You need the DirecTV Stream app.
