loss of red on tv

Everything that should be the color red is showing up either a gray (dark) or very muted. I have not touched any settings and has worked until now. Chanhed input to a digital antenna and all colors are normal. Went back to HDMI and issue still there. Changed the HDMI port and the HDMI cable. Still red color is off. PLEASE HELP.

What streaming device are you using?

How is it connected to your TV?

If changing the cable and HDMI INPUT don't help, then it's likely a defective streaming device.

litzdog911 thank you. It is a Direct TV streaming device from AT&T. Sorry don't have the model right now. But I powered off the device as they recommended. The TV color on a digital antenna is perfect. It is connected via HDMI cables. Yes I changed the HDMI port and the cable. That pretty much just leaves the streaming device. I will collect all the data and will be calling direct tv streaming. Thanks very much you confirmed what I was thinking. Have a great weekend. THANKS AGAIN.

Have you tried turning off HDR in the Directv Stream box settings? System--display.
