Magnified Picture
The TV Picture seems to become magnified and sometimes it can last for a month or so, we have not messed with any settings, it does eventually go back to normal, very weird and frustrating! why does it do this and how to prevent this from happening?

Not sure what you mean by magnified. Can you provide pictures of each to compare? Is the issue on all content or a particular content - being live,on demand, or recorder. Personally I have not seen the issue but I do not use the proprietary device.

It is all content. it seems zoomed in so all the content seems bigger.

Have you restarted the device when it happens? If it continues, you might try a factory reset on the device to see if it goes away. After that, I would contact support. They may replace the unit.

TV should not matter. It's only function is a display.
