My DIRECTV guide is zoomed out from normal

Yesterday I noticed when scrolling through my DIRECTV guide it was zoomed in with really small font now today when I turn my TV on my guide is zoomed in with large font and I cannot scroll through the channels nor go to my DVR and select shows how do I readjust it back to normal
