NBA app on Directv stream box

Whenever I attempt to play a classic game from the NBA app on my Directv stream box it locks up and tells me to retry.  This has been an ongoing issue for a couple weeks now. I have 2 stream boxes and the same issue occurs on both boxes.  It’s not my internet as everything else works fine.
