Need help streaming on my macbook on google chrome

Try cleaning cache and cookies (for all dates) and try again. If it fails then try running in incognito mode. The reason you do not see the video is due to some extension, possibly a VPN if being used, program, or blocker preventing the video from appearing.

Appreciate the help @bcbsncjlj ...So it looks like once i used incognito mode, the video started working so likely there is some extension or program blocking this.. So how would I go about removing this?

You will have to make the determination. Every system is unique. Look at extensions, blockers, virus, vpn, etc. Incognito mode disabled most extensions and blockers do is obvious you have something loaded ng restricting the app.
