Network names no longer showing up on guide

Try reboot what ever device you are using. That might help.

What streaming device are you using?

Try device reboot as lou_do says... something similar was reported from someone on FireTV (Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/DirectvStream/comments/u2rklz/channel_icons_missing_since_new_guide_rollout/)

Rebooted Fire stick and it works until I turn it off.  When I turn it back on the network names are gone again.  So I basicallly have to reboot every time I watch TV.  It happening on the other TV/Fire in my house as well.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

Nope, no joy.  Uninstalled Direct Streaming and reinstalled. Still doing the same thing.  It’s happening on all TVs in the house. 

I too have had this same issue. Clearing our cache is only temporary fix. Just started happening in his week!

So much for the update that happened this week.

Response from DirecTV Stream support:  Our team is aware and working to resolve it as soon as possible. At the moment, the issue is only reported on the Fire TV's. Other kind of devices are working normally.

Having the same problem.  Using Fire TV.  "Restarting" fixes it temporarily, but when you go back to the Guide, they're gone again.  Very frustrating.

Exit app, then reopen app, names reappear.

Good find @chasf00 ! Exit app works to bring back the logos…definitely faster than the reboot. Sadly the disappearing guide logos return later.
