No sound on iPhone app!
So I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and have the DIRECTV app on it. I use it EVERY SINGLE DAY and have not had any problems until now. I just tried to watch a show I had recorded on my phone and all of a sudden I have NO sound!!! No it is not muted and yes I have toggled my volume up and down buttons. It isn’t my phone cause it will play sound for everything else- music, other apps, etc. I closed out the app and opened it back up and still no sound. I turned my phone off and back on and still no sound. I deleted the DIRECTV app from my phone and then downloaded it again from the App Store, opened it up and now everything is so large on the screen and u can’t scroll over or down the page. It automatically started playing live tv (as per my settings) but again no sound whatsoever. I can’t stand how this new DIRECTV app looked and figured it had to be a glitch so I deleted app and then downloaded it yet again but the app still looks the same and I still have no sound. Any ideas anyone? PLEASE HELP!
