On Demand doesn’t work
I open an episode to watch On Demand and click on “Watch Now” but nothing happens.
I’m using Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k
Software version: Fire OS 6.2.8.1
I’ve already tried rebooting the Fire TV, clearing the cache and data for the app, as well as completely reinstalling the DirectTV Stream app. My network signal is strong. Live TV and other apps stream just fine.

Well what are you trying to watch? An example would help to troubleshoot. Depending on what you were trying to watch did you try the networking app to watch the content.

The problem exists with anything I try to watch on-demand. A&E, ID, and History channel episodes are mainly what I’ve tried. I have not downloaded the network apps because frankly, I shouldn’t have to if everything is supposed to be accessible from within DirectTV Stream app.

I'm also having a problem watching shows On Demand. When I select "more ways to watch" on my device (Samsung Galaxy S21), the next screen is blank.
This happens for every show. Not sure "Dexter", which is the show I'm trying to watch.
