Osprey box powers off when I pause any streaming app
This is a new phenomenon for us. It started a couple of weeks ago. We have DTV Streaming service and the Osprey box (precursor to Gemini). When watching Netflix, Prime, or any other streaming app, if we pause for more than 4 minutes the Osprey powers off and the tv shows a message telling us to press the power on button. It always restarts on the home screen so I have to restart the app and resume watching the video. There is a thread from 2 years ago about this. It suggested hitting the red reset button on the side of the box but that doesn’t work. Do I need to do a factory reset and start over?

Sorry to hear your Osprey box is shutting down while paused, @jhomeyer. This is often caused by a power-saving setting conflict. Please go to your device's Settings menu and turn off all Power Saving features. Also, check your TV settings to ensure "HDMI-CEC" or "Auto Power Off" isn't commanding the box to sleep.
