Outage

Is there an outage for directv stream? The Roku, and app are both not working.

The app is just a black screen. On Roku it states "Oops something went wrong" error code 50001-001.  I was watching when it just stopped. Everything went blank.

Did you restart the Roku and uninstall/reinstall the app?

Looked at the outages on down detector and my area is showing up in yellow, so I believe it is just in my area

I just checked and website service working fine. Able to swap channels, etc. Account is available and I am able to move around in my account. Perhaps your area or ISP.

Thanks for all of the help. I just got off the phone with support. They are looking in to it further. It is an outage affecting only a certain area. Looks like somehow all of our devices were wiped from our accounts so it is making network issues.

All of my DirecTV Stream Apps will not allow any log in...says loading for a few minutes then get Care Code 600.  I cannot even access the sign-in page on the website and times me out.  Appears to be a DNS server issue on their end.  Seems as if other folks in NYC area are having a similar issue?

Care Codes are DirecTV satellite errors, not DirecTV Stream errors. The service is performing correctly on my devices (both Roku and Fire Stick).

Same thing that's happening for me. I am also getting care codes stating problem on their end. They are working on it but said it could take days. It's only affecting certain areas.

Would suggest you report the issue to support, so they can track it and notify the engineers. This is just an open public forum.
