Paramount Plus new content not playing

Have your tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app? I just tried on my Genie box and Paramount Plus playing content fine.

I have unistalled and reinstalled the Paramount Plus app.  It is very strange Old content, movies, etc. play fine.  New show content will start to play and then stop.  I can cast content from my phone app to the TV; it just won't play through the box.

I have the same issue with new content on Paramount+. Have opened case with Paramount and during troubleshooting, was told by tech that my Gemini box was the problem. I find this hard to believe since everything else plays fine. It seems to be PARAMOUNT ORIGINALS newer than 2025 and specifically, High Demand programs like all TAYLOR SHERIDAN, BET PROGRAMING, and several other COLLECTIONS. I have been fighting this issue for almost 7 months with no resolve in site. Does anyone have further info on this problem?

Which Paramount Plus membership do you have? Basic or premium?

oddly enough, I can play DUTTON RANCH just fine, but no other TAYLOR SHERIDAN

I just tested it on my Osprey (Gemini box) and everything is playing fine. I assume you have tried logging out then logging back into the Parmound plus app

yes. logged out, reset box, Uninstallerd and reinstalled....no change. It has to be some sort of formatting problem but I can't find where to change Gemini formatting
