Picture freeze constantly

Picture freezes constantly on Samsung tv using directv app. Have done all the suggested troubleshooting. No help. Is Directv going to fix this or do I cancel service and use Hulu?

Samsung app sux. It's been bad for year. You are better off using a Roku, Apple Tv, Gemini box/Gemini air or even a Google tv device.
