PPV/ON DEMAND on Direct TV stream

I'm not a customer yet, but it seems that there are no PPV channels included any streaming package. Does this mean you would have to log into a specific place to order/rent a movie or sporting event?

It also seems that the "on demand" options in the stream appear to all be free.

I'm trying to verify this because I want to make sure kids cannot order things on their own.
