Problem with Acorn subscription on Prime Video app on DirectTV streaming box

I have one of the Direct TV streaming boxes for my new stream account. Also have a Prime Video account. And subscriptions there to both BritBox and Acorn. When using the Prime Video app on the streaming box, I can view video from BritBox, it recognizes my subscription. But it says I do NOT have subscription to Acorn. But I do. I can watch Acorn on a computer for example. I installed the Prime Video app on my phone and I can watch Acorn there too. But not on the Direct TV streaming box! Anyone have any ideas?

I only installed the Prime Video app two days ago. So I assume it's the latest version.

Apologies, this goes back a few months. But I'm pretty sure I just uninstalled the Amazon Video app and then reinstalled it.

You can also sign out of the Amazon prime app--then back in. When I add prime channels--that's what I have to do for them to show up.
