Recording Problem

Is anyone else having recording issues on Direct TV Stream?

Can't attach the error image but it says "There is a recording problem for some reason this recording could not be set try again"

This for a any channel. I did a chat with a Direct TV person and they said this is overall wide issue with everyone.

I had to go into Ruko, log out of the Direct TV Stream app, then remove the Direct TV Stream app, reboot Ruko, add the Direct TV Stream app back in, reboot again, and sign back in with my email address and password. Now I can record again, WOW

What are you using to stream?  Have you tried resetting your device?  Have you tried recording from a different device? I am not haveing any problems recording.

I tried it on two different Ruko devices and my laptop, and all say the same error.

I have rebooted the router at house, still won't record any channel.

I have rebooted all devices, and they are fully updated. No other viewing issues

I got a hold of someone at Direct TV who told me to go through that process.
