Recordings do not start where left off on app
we have one DTV Gemini receiver and use the DTV app on two other TVs (one FireTV and one Google TV)....when accessing recordings on the two TVs that use the app, the recordings do not start where we left off, they all start at the beginning. (The recordings work fine on the TV with the receiver)
I have:
- restarted all TVs, devices and the receiver
- cleared cache etc on apps
- deleted and reinstalled DTV apps
- checked TV s/w (all up to date)
- chatted with DTV AI and live person ; no resolution
problem started when we switched from recievers to app
any advice / help would be greatly appreciated

If you don't see a "resume" choice when you go back into a recording---then you need to hit "ways to watch" then hit the recording you want. It's been like that for years. Not sure why they haven't addressed this glitch. Every recording should have a choice to "resume" once you start watching it.
