Recordings starting in the middle ofmthemprogram

On some of my recordings ( not all) the recordings starts at like 48 minutes not at the beginning. What is causing this and what can I do to correct  it.

What streaming device (s)? How did you schedule the program? Has this been an issue in the past?

We need more information about the issue you are experiencing to determine the best way to fix it.

•Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DIRECTV STREAM app?
•Have you tried using a different device?
•Is there any error code on the screen?

I have never restarted the app. I also use my iPad but have not watched direct tv on it. There is. O error code. I just have to rewind the show. I was going to compare to my iPad but can’t find one now that is starting mid show
