Remote not controlling TV volume
Like others my remote works except for controlling the TV remote. As Khaven26 pointed out it was a setting issue. For me though it was as the setting to control the sound bar connected via HDMI cable.
Go to Settings/Remote & Devices/Program Your Remote and enable the HDMI-CEC Volume Control.
