Rewind and fast forward on live tv recordings
Rewind and fast forward on live tv recordings is not working. It allows me to rewind or ff but as soon as I hit play it jumps back to the original place it was at. Again this is recordings from live tv not on demand.

What device are you using to stream? Does this happen on all channels or only some? Has this bug ever been an issue for you in the past?

I’m using the app on my smart Samsung Tv. It is on all of our recordings from multiple channels. This is only day one for us. We are switching from directv satellite to streaming.

The Samsung TV has so many random issues with DIRECTV STREAM. I advise you to use a streaming device like a Fire Stick, Roku, Apple TV, or even the DIRECTV STREAM Osprey box itself which is available on the website.

Please follow next basic troubleshooting, to make sure these issues with DIRECTV STREAM are fixed:
• Uninstall, and install the DIRECTV STREAM app again.
• Make sure your device is updated with the latest version.
• Please try on another device.
