Roku app recording issue

I recently switched to DTV Streaming from Spectrum Cable, and in general I'm happy with it. My biggest issue is with recording in the Roku app. If I start watching a show that is being recorded, there's no indication on the progress bar how much time I have before the last recorded point in time is reached. If I use the browser app, it's clearly visible by showing a blue bar that occupies a part of the total timeline. On the Roku app, no such coloring. This means that if I skip forward, I have no idea when I'm going to reach the end of the current recorded buffer. It's very annoying, enough for me to thing about switching again.

Is there some setting I missed? If not, developers, please fix this.

It's a bot that they are testing. Just ignore it when you see it.

I did some more research on this, and this issue is not only present in the Roku app but also in the DTV's own streaming box. The timeline is correct (you can see where the last recorded point in time is) in the browser app and in the phone app as well. I'd think the codebase must be pretty similar and yet there's this huge difference that makes watching a show being recorded very difficult.
