Samsung voice remote
The voice remote will not operate the Directv guide. When you ask for a particular channel, it goes to antenna tv. What can I do.

If you are using the Samsung tv Dtv stream app the only way you can change channels is via the guide....manually and not voice. The only device you can change channels using your voice is the Dtv stream box and it's voice remote. U can also change to recent channels using the up arrow.

Samsung voice remote cannot control those functions of the DirecTV Stream App.
