Screen freezing but audio plays while using Apps
I use a Directv streaming box and no problems while watching tv. When I use apps such as YouTube or prime video if I pause what I'm watching and unpause the video is frozen but audio plays. This is driving me crazy any help would be appreciated.

Have you already tried doing a full reset on the box? usually that fixes it. if not, you can also trying to update the software of the box thru Settings.

Thanks for the response. I tried that on all 3 of my boxes and no luck. I also encountered a new problem when I use Prime video and a show goes to commercial and then comes back to the show the volume is muffled. So I have to get out of the show and go back in and it works fine. I really do like the box as far as using it for just TV but when I use these apps it's been a nightmare.
