Series recording (from local station) always starts late - streaming

I have a syndicated show set to record M-F from a local station.  The recording misses the minute or so every time.  We have the Streaming flavor - not a box.  The result is the same via PC web browser or app on Firestick.

I don't find any way to add padding to the beginning of the recording.  And other recordings record the beginning on time.
