Skipping channels on Roku

About 2 weeks ago, my DirecTV Stream updated and now the remote skips multiple channels at a time. If I want to go down one station, it will actually go down 3-5 channels at a time. Same with trying to go to the right, left, or up. Very difficult to get to one station I want.

@Megan0403  which specific Rokus do you have? I have a Roku 3 (4230X2 - 2013) and all is good here. I wonder if it's happening on specific models :/

I have 3 Roku Express 4K 2021 and all are experiencing the same problem.  I have tried removing and reloading the app, disconnecting the cable, replacing the batteries of the remote and checking for updates.   All with no success.

Same issue here. Two Roku stick 3600X and one Roku Express 4K+ are doing the skipping. One Roku stick 3600X is not having the issue. 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
