Something Went Wrong
After watching my DirecTV app on my smart TVs, I get the message "Something went wrong." If I press the up arrow key on the remote, it will reload. Why does this keep happening? I'm streaming over Wifi; does that make a difference?

What sort of internet service do you have?
What's your download speed (speedtest.net)?
What streaming device are you using? Samsung App? [The Samsung App is junk, by the way]
