Sports Scores Disappeared

Hi, @lanunz. We're sorry that you can't see the sports scores on you Samsung TV. Follow these steps to restore the feature.

Press the ‘Down’ button on the remote.

Arrow right and select 'Settings' (Gear Icon), press the ‘Select’ button on the remote

Select ‘Preferences’, press ‘the ‘Select’ button on the remote

Select ‘Show Game Scores’, press the ‘Select’ button on the remote

Select ‘On’, press the ‘Select’ button on the remote

‘Show Game Scores’ is now enabled

I turned that on years ago and it worked until yesterday.  I tried turning it off, then on again.  But still nothing.  And as I said, when I watch Direct TV on my computer, the scores show up.  They just don't show on my TV, all of a sudden, for no apparent reason, since it was working before.

I use the streaming app with a fire stick on a Samsung TV.  It's been working fine for at least 3 years until yesterday.

It would have been nice if the scores didn't disappear for no reason.

Can you please try to uninstall/install the DIRECTV app on your Samsung TV? Denjylene, DIRECTV Community Specialist
