Stream app stopped working on iPhone and ipad

For 1 month stream app won’t work on iPhone or iPad. Countless calls to tech support. All say same - delete app, reinstall app, update devices, restart devices, reboot modem - nothing! Tv in room working fine. Repeated get “Care code 600” and “tv provider service temporally unavailable try again later” and I’m watching tv in room!  Directv stream tech support is useless. Apple says it’s the app. Any help out there?????

Care Codes are DirecTV satellite errors, not DirecTV Stream errors. Are you using Apple's Single Sign On? Try deleting the provider, restart the device and app and try again.

I used to have Directv satellite and switched to stream. Why am I getting a satellite error on my stream account?

Using the same credentials? You need to use a different email for the service. Known issue that confuses the app now that both services are combined in one app. Both iPad and iPhone are supported on both services. Many reports for years in the forum.
