In your first post you said you had only one device streaming. In your next post you said you had different devices around the house. If those devices are connected, they may also be "streaming". How many total devices do you have? Are they all connected to your home network?
Do you have a fairly recent subscription or a legacy subscription (dating back to DirecTV Now days)? Do you have any of the DirecTV Stream (AT&T TV) streaming devices? When you stop watching on a TV, do you explicitly exit the app on the streaming device on that TV before starting it on another? [These questions are related to how many streams they think you should be allowed at once, whether they might be confused as to where your "home" network is, and whether they are aware you stopped watching on a device.]
