Streaming Navigation is Sluggish
I am streaming on Fire TVs. Often I press a navigation arrow on the remote and I hear the click on the TV but there is no corresponding movement in the Direct TV application. If I am impatient and click it 10 seconds later nothing happens again and then I get two clicks in the same direction.
Internet speed is consistently over 300 mips.
If I stream on my computer, I do not have this issue. It happens only with Fire TV and remotes.

Hey @DanFlak. We're aware of the issue and are working on a fix. Please provide your devices' model numbers and the DIRECTV app version to help with the investigation.
In the meantime, clear your DIRECTV STREAM app's cache and data.
- Select Settings, then Apps, and then Manage Installed Apps.
- Choose the DIRECTV App.
- Select Clear cache and Clear data from the window that appears.

This is happening on mine now too. LG tv. Cleared cache and reinstalled. Middle button on my fire remote clicks audibly but does nothing

@whislinpete this post is old and lots of releases have happened in between. I recommend you to create a new post so DTV can engage and help you with fresh info. ACEs (mods) would recommend something similar.
