Streaming picture quality not HD

My smartTV is not streaming Directv bd quality

HD quality is the problem

Directv Stream is in HD (1080p and 720p)--if that's not what you are seeing then there is a problem with the app/device or internet you are using.

I have a Toshiba tv 6 months old

We can help with your picture quality while streaming, @Rupert67.

• Check for app updates in your app store. If an update is available, install it and restart your device.
• Check for device software updates and install.
• Close and restart the DIRECTV STREAM app.
• Reboot your phone or tablet.
• Uninstall and reinstall the DIRECTV STREAM app.
• Re-launch the DIRECTV STREAM app and try again.
