The Samsung DIRECTV STREAMING app loads slowly and shows ghostly picture.

Please know I am very tech savvy and have performed ALL troubleshooting steps: Unplugging tv when on (it works until I shut the tv off again and turn it back on), software is up to date and on auto update, deleting and reinstalling app, reconnecting internet, resetting smart hub, resetting tv to original settings, no external devices are connected to the TV and there is plenty of app space left (about 75 MB).

All other apps work and picture is perfect. My internet speed is very fast (123 and 123). 

My tv is 2020, 65" Samsung. I have given model nr and all other info to a Samsung rep who told me to to a power reset by unplugging tv when on. It worked but not when I turned it off and back on. Problem persists. 

It is definitely the app, or the TV is not connecting to the internet properly on WIFI. The only thing I have left is connect the TV to internet via Ethernet cable. If that will not fix the loading problem (which often takes very long to load videos and live stream and start up apps) I am out of solutions. 

I am asking you to please fix your app on the TV The Directv Streaming app works perfectly on my iPhone.
