Too many streamers

Has anyone found an answer to the "too many streamers" error '30004-005' that locks out my 2nd and 3rd TV watching until I perform a 'location reset' (4 of which are only allowed per year)?   Eventhough I've set my Directtv Stream home location to my local zip code I believe they think the location has changed because my internet provider is Kinetic (Windstream) who use dynamic IP addresses.  Accordingly, the internet location appears to change on a regular basis because of the dynamic IP address. 

I've not moved locations since picking up DirectTV Stream but suddenly it is now locking me you....while I'm at home!

I'm sure hoping someone has a solution as I'd rather not be forced to purchase a VPN to fool DirectTV into thinking I'm really at home....espectially since I've never used it in mobile mode anyway.
