Too Many Streams error 30004-005

Sometimes receiving this error on same network. Home IP address hasn't changed. Currently only 2 devices are able to stream in the home. Reset home location option has reached its limit. Can support look up what IPs are connecting using a particular account's authorization credentials? Just want to make sure there's no ghost connections hanging around.
