Trouble with ATT internet device not connecting to ATT internet after device is turned off
ATT device intermittently will not connect to internet for DirectTv. Happening on both devices more and more frequently. Have to pull the device power plug then wait DirectTv app to reload. Have complained before and was told I need new devices. Then ATT customer service fails to ship new devices.

You need to contact customer support. This is a discussion group for users, and no one here can help you with getting something shipped to you.

AT&T device or DirecTV device? You should be contacting DirecTV not AT&T. They are 2 different companies now.

If you’re referring to the DirecTV Stream Streaming Box it is 100% an issue caused by a recent software push. It’s only effecting the Wifi Connection to the boxes. Unfortunately the ONLY fix for it is to put the box on Ethernet (if at all possible) until they send another software update fixing the issue. Best of luck
